This pandemic has put all of us in a very unique, and uncomfortable state. Unique because we have experienced nothing like this. Unique because many doors of opportunities have opened. We just need to observe, ask, and be mentored into seeing these doors of great opportunities.
The COVID-19 pandemic has also rattled us. Its put us out of our comfort zones. Some feel anxiety, fears of the future, and other dangerous feelings. Feelings that may paralyze us. We are grieving the loss of so many people, things and places.
It is extremely important not to get lost in the shuffle of this pandemic. Here are some helpful tips:
1- Seek comfort and strength in the things that calm you down, such as your faith, family, memories of places, pleasant smells, and of others hobbies that promote calmness.
2- Eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
3- sleep at least 6 to 8 hours at night,(if possible). Create calming ritual that promote sleep.
4- Keep a daily schedule and routine to help you stay on track and focus on the main things.
5- Do all you can to remain hopeful. This too shall pass. The point is not to get lost in the COVID-19 shuffle.
